Held at The
Iron Duke, Waterloo Street at 11.30 am.
A Warm welcome was extended to our special Guests Juliette Hunting of LARA and Cllr Paul Elgood (Lib Dem Candidate for the General Election) and Cllr David Watkins. Also present were Mike Weatherley (Conservative Candidate) and Ian Davey (Green Party Candidate) both are members of EBRA.

Apologies
for non - attendance were received from
Committee Members - Reggie Vincent and Peggy Thomas. Jim Livesey lives
in Madrid and had no need to attend. He is in constant contact with Bill
Cowell.
Many other
members of EBRA were present too many to name them all here. But our thanks to
them for attending from the Committee.
Special
Minute
Sue King
our present Treasurer is moving away from the area. And Geraldine Diggins has
volunteered to take the job on. All present thanked Sue King for her work over
the last few years and welcomed Geraldine.
A vote was
taken and all those present voted in favour of Geraldine - no votes against.
Geraldine
has all the accounts, books and bank papers handed to her by Sue King. She will
take them to the Bank along with this Minute and transfer the account her
custody.
Bill
Cowell will continue to be the second signature on any cheques that need to be
issued.
This item was dealt with separately from the main AGM
Minutes as it is required by the Co-Op Bank who hold the EBRA Bank Account.
