Crocus Planting in Norfolk Square

19 September 2009

Thanks to the efforts of Reggie and Paulo of The Atlas Bar and Bill Cowell, EBRA Co-chair, the children had great fun planting crocus corms in Norfolk Square. The aim is to encourage children to take an interest in the environment and green issues. There will be a prize for children who to spot the first flowers in the spring. Celia Barlow MP was among those present.

Brunswick Festival and Scruffs Dog Show 2009

The Brunswick Fesival was held on 22nd and 23rd August and Toni Tye was there to record the scene. Also included are some amusing shots from Scruffs Dog Show held this year at St Annes Wells on 16th August. We also include a couple from the Food and Drink Festival on Hove Lawns on 28th September.

EBRA Barbecue July 2009

The EBRA Summer Barbecue was held on Sunday, 26th July i the Community Garden by the Old Market. The sun shone for us, there were stalss galore, both our local councillors attended. Thanks to Committee Menber Rhondell Constantine for organising a terrific show!
